Due to popular demand, we will soon be launching our Customer Portal for all Paddle Billing users. This will provide your customers with full visibility and control over their subscriptions and purchases, eliminating the need for you to manage subscription lifecycles.
We’ve now made it easier and simpler for your returning customers to pay for your products at checkout. Our new Saved Payment Methods feature for Paddle Billing customers, eliminates the need to manually enter payment details again, making conversion just a single click away.
We’re going further to optimise the payment experience for our users in this market.

We're very excited to announce that we are expanding our Alipay offering and will soon have Alipay available for subscriptions as well as one-time payments. This has been a long-awaited request from our customers, and we’re delighted to finally deliver in Q4 2024
In line with the growth we are seeing in APAC, we're currently conducting discovery work on Korean payment methods, with several of our customers trialling 22 domestic cards and 4 alternative payment options, including KakaoPay, Naver Pay, Samsung Pay, and PayCo.
Our ambition as a merchant of record is to actively expand our customers' global coverage to serve the widest range of audiences and regions possible.
We have increased our payout currencies to include Australian and Canadian dollars. Paddle customers based in Australia and Canada can now receive funds in their local currency without incurring foreign exchange (FX) fees.

We've added more SDKs to make integrating with Paddle as seamless as possible. Use our Python SDK to streamline integrating with Paddle Billing. Fully-featured from webhook verification to every API operation. Available now on GitHub. Our Go SDK is also available for pre-release. Access all the core operations whilst we continue to work on full feature parity.
Understand the customer's cancellation reasons and offer responsive retention solutions, ensuring full compliance with one-click cancellation laws in applicable regions. We've also provided more flexibility for using Cancellation Flows with PaddleJS, where you can now just pass a subscription id in order to identify the customer.
