We’re updating our Master Services Agreement
At Paddle, we’re always working to make our services more transparent and easier to navigate. To be clearer about how we work with you, we are updating our supplier Master Services Agreement (“MSA”).
These changes will take effect on 6 October 2026.
You may access the previous version here:
What’s changing in the MSA?
- Definitions: We’ve updated certain definitions, in particular making it clearer which “Paddle” entity suppliers in the UK and Isle of Man contract with
- Sales tax: We’ve clarified how Paddle handles sales tax, including where Paddle is required by law to deduct, withhold and remit amounts
- Supplier invoicing: We’ve further explained our invoicing process for supplier fees and related compliance considerations
- Group operations: We’ve clarified Paddle’s model of providing its services through its group of companies
What do you need to do?
If you’re happy with these updates, you don’t need to do anything. They will apply automatically from 6 October 2026.
If you don’t agree with the changes, you can choose to end your agreement with us in accordance with the termination provisions in the MSA.
