Yes. Buyers can request deletion of their personal data directly using our form: Request Data Deletion.
What happens after the request is submitted?
- Paddle processes the request and sends confirmation to the buyer.
- Vendors should delete any buyer data they hold.
Will Paddle keep any data?
Yes. Some transactional data is retained for 5 years to comply with legal requirements. All other data is deleted.
