Can buyers request their own data deletion?

Yes. Buyers can request deletion of their personal data directly using our form: Request Data Deletion.

Can vendors request deletion on behalf of buyers?

Yes. However, vendors should get in touch via sellers@paddle.com and provide the information below.

What information is required?

• Buyer’s first name
• Buyer’s last name
• Buyer’s email address
• Optional comments (do not include sensitive information)

What happens after the request is submitted?

• Paddle processes the request and sends confirmation to the buyer.
• Vendors should delete any buyer data they hold.

Will Paddle keep any data?

Yes. Some transactional data is retained for 5 years to comply with legal requirements. All other data is deleted.
